Of recent, my husband and I wanted to change our door lock system- add a more technically advanced lock system of sorts. After researching and comparing different options, the one that appealed the most was this one made by ULTRALOQ store. Based on the visuals, this looked and seemed like the best logical choice. Now that I have this home and installed- I can attest that this has been devised with precision. The advanced capabilities are quite impressive to say the least. Below, I will outline some of the features that led me to select this one over the other lock systems I considered.*Special features to consider:-Wi-Fi Smart Lock System NFC-Door sensors-Built-in Wi-Fi Deadbolt-keypad/keyless entry-APP remote control - very simple to use and navigate through-1P65 Waterproof-Auto lock and unlock feature-Compatible with Alexa - Google-Types of locks -deadbolt, keypad and combination lock-Dimensions for your reference: 2.96 x 1.25 x 2.96"-Remote access-BHMA certifiedAll in all, I do find that the engineer has done a great job. This is very simple to use. I do feel as though this was created using durable and premium grade materials. Based on the ease of using this and how APP friendly this has turned out to be, I would recommend this to other consumers. :)

I love this brand's products so I was excited to try this NFC version since I've only used the fingerprint ones in the past. I think after trying it, I still prefer the fingerprint ones a little better but that's just me. The NFC version works really well and it's fast so it has it's strengths. Sometimes with fingerprints, I can't get them to register when it's raining or if there's dust on the lock but with this version it works the first time. Installation was quick and easy since my door had already had a deadbolt in the spot. I have a standard door like you'd find on most homes so no problems at all. The battery life seems really good so far after only having it for about a month. You can use the keypad or even the backup key lock if you don't want to use the tap function. I like this since you can give someone a temporary code if you want and even set it to expire in the app. All of their products seem durable and fit the athsetic of my home perfectly.

The ULTRALOQ Bolt NFC WiFi Smart Lock is a solid lock. Installation was straight forward and thankfully they include the required 8, yes 8 AA batteries.The app works well, but the initial connection was a bit tricky. Mainly because the app list several "ULTRALOQ Bolt" products and it wasn't until I noticed that I has the NFC version that I got it working. But this is more on me, just a heads up to make sure to select the proper model when pairing.Once paired it work well, allowing you to add users fairly easily. Each user can have three methods of authentication, passcode, NFC, and App access. They can only have one of each. I wish you could have more than one because I wanted to register more than one key card with a single user. Not a huge issue though.I do wish the button on the bottom said something like "enter" or "lock/unlock". It simply says "ULTRALOQ" and looks like just a logo. That is proving to be really confusing for my aging mother.The only other wish list item would be to provide a rechargeable battery instead of all the AAs. Hopefully these will last a decent amount of time.

Installation was straightforward, and I was able to replace my existing deadbolt without much trouble. The included instructions were clear, though I found myself relying on intuition more than the manual.Setting up the lock was fairly simple, though I did have to reset it when transitioning from manual setup to using the app. While this added a bit of time to the process, I managed to get everything working within half an hour.The fingerprint sensor works well. The keypad serves as a reliable backup if I can’t use the fingerprint sensor. I also like that the app allows me to customize user access settings, including temporary codes and scheduled access times.The lock integrates with Google Home. Notifications about door activity work consistently. This lock meets my needs for secure and convenient access to my home.
