Is Back to School part of the Owner Upgrade Program?
No. Back to School is a separate public seasonal event. The Owner Upgrade Program is invitation-based and reaches eligible longtime owners in phases.
How will I know when another upgrade phase begins?
Eligible customer groups will be contacted through ULTRALOQ email and the ULTRALOQ app. There is no public upgrade offer available between phases.
Will more anniversary activities be added?
Yes. Stories, owner updates, gifts, and completed-event recaps will continue to be added throughout the anniversary year.
