Which locks qualify for the Back to School discount?
Products in the Discount Product collection qualify. The current eligible locks are Bolt Fingerprint, Bolt NFC, Bolt SE, Latch 3, Latch 5, and Latch 7. Accessories do not count toward the quantity tier.
Can I mix Fingerprint and NFC locks?
Yes. Mix any eligible models from the Discount Product collection in one order. The total number of eligible locks sets the automatic discount.
How does the automatic discount work?
One eligible lock receives 12% off, two receive 15% off, and three or more receive 30% off. No code is required. Final checkout pricing applies to eligible products and options.
Will Bolt or Latch 5 fit my door?
Compatibility depends on the door type, bore hole, backset, thickness, and existing hardware. Bolt fits compatible deadbolt entrances. Latch 5 fits compatible lever doors. Review the measurements on each product page before ordering.
Can I combine this event with another promotion?
No. The Back to School offer cannot be combined with another promotion, referral code, upgrade offer, affiliate code, or employee discount.
What happens if I return one lock from a multi-lock order?
If the return lowers the number of eligible locks you keep, the remaining locks move to the matching discount tier. The refund reflects the updated discount.
When does the offer end?
The Back to School Event ends September 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, subject to product availability.
