Excellent product

Amazing locks and support - This is the 3rd lock I purchased from them and the only lock I recommendto my family.The app is very intuitive and I rate it 5 stars as well.By the way, I have used/purchased numerous smart locks (from other manufacturers), but I was never satisfied with the functionally and support, until I found this smart lock.

Great value and great look!

Replaced my Schlage smart lock with this and have been super happy with the apple homekit compatibility. The fingerprint sensor is a little sensitive and is running at about 50% first time accuracy but still works after 2 or 3 tries. The keypad took some getting used to with its orientation but that’s just because I’ve been using the Schlage for the last 4 years.Super easy to install and connected to our WiFi on the first try. It did take a couple minutes to figure out pairing with my apple home which could have been laid out better in the instructions but not a deal breaker. Great product for the price and it looks great. Not bulky or clunky but it is a little loud when the motor is locking/unlocking the door.

Replaced my August and never going back. Best smart lock ever.1. Connects easily to wifi2. Installed under 30 minutes3. Clear instructions4. Fingerprint 🫆 works, allows up to 2 fingers5. The sensor worked with the previous August one, no need to reinstall.6. Works outside of the USA7. Uses 8 batteries which are included

Instructions are very misleading.

Inner assembly is not working while installing. It does not turn on left. I searched up but couldn't get the support as well. The parts are not correct on what it was saying in the instructions or manual.
